We are a youth-led health and hygiene organization, that addresses menstrual hygiene poverty and oral hygiene poverty among women, youths and children in underserved communities in Canada and Africa.

dignity, health, and well-being for all individuals facing financial barriers.
We have helped hundreds of people achieve and maintain proper menstrual and oral hygiene.
